Entry Fee:

$300 if already 2008 NSA sanctioned - $325 if not 2008 NSA sanctioned. Teams must be registered NSA. A NSA sanction number will be required for all teams. Your entry fee must be mailed in the form of CERTIFIED CHECK or MONEY ORDER to the tournament director, along with your Roster, your NSA sanction number on it, and the attached entry form.

Tournament Rules:

The tournament will be run in strict accordance

with the 2008 Official Rules of the National

Softball Association.

Manager’s Meeting:

MANDATORY – Each team must have a representative

present.

Teams Must Be Prepared to Play on Friday Night

September 26, 2008 – 6:00pm game start time

Protests:

A $75.00 cash fee must accompany any protest

Conditions:

The tournament committee reserves the right to rule on

all matters as they occur, including any deemed

necessary to complete the tournament. The committee

assumes that all players are participating at their own

risk. The committee will not be liable for any accidents

or injuries. Entry into the tournament constitutes

agreement to these conditions.

Admission Fee:

Identification:

Driver’s License must be carried by each player at all

times in case of roster check. Prior to the first game,

all rosters will be verified and every player ID checked.

Teams may call Marty Lalley after 5 pm on Wednesday,

September 24, 2008 @ (702) 896-3053 for their first game time. Brackets will not be faxed or mailed prior to the

tournament.

Based on the number of teams per division.

Uniforms:

Uniform rule is in effect.

Park Policy:

Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and food may not

be brought on the premises at any time. This includes

the parking areas. No animals, regardless of age or size

are allowed in the park. We will strictly enforce these

rules at all times.

Souvenirs:

There will be a variety of souvenir items available for

purchase each day during the tournament. We urge you

to buy early, while supplies last.
